The pedestal bathroom sinks are the most common type of sink that is seen in bathrooms of most homes all over this world. It is also the most popular type of bathroom sinks. They are mounted on a single column or legs. The most common pedestal sinks is of the porcelain material and are now available in different sizes and fast colors that add beauty and elegance to the modern bathrooms. Wall mount sinks are fixed to the wall with the sinks mounted on the metal rods drilled into the wall. This is the only support for the basin of the sink. The only advantage of this sink is that the plumbing will not be visible on the outside of the wall. The vanity sink is probably the most commonly found sink. Here the sink bowl is under mounted inside any countertop and has a cabinet storage space beneath it and all the plumbing is concealed inside the cabinet.
For a small bathroom corner sinks can be a very feasible option. Corner sinks can be found in many types and sizes and can fit in any corner of the bathroom freeing up much of the floor and wall space. The corner sink can also be fitted in such a way that it seems to be suspended from the wall giving us ample space below and above the sink. This may allow us to place a trash can below and we can also use the space above to hang a mirror. The area around the sink can be used to attach shelves and cabinets and even pieces of art. All of this adds to the décor of the bathroom.
